This page explains what happens to information when you visit videowhale.com. It covers this website only. The Video wHale Studio runs in your own Google account, and your videos, photos and keys stay there; we never see them.
What this website collects
- No accounts and no tracking cookies. This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Server logs. Our host (SiteGround) keeps standard web server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
- The question helper. When you ask the helper a question, your question and the last few questions in that conversation are sent to Google's Gemini API to write the answer. We do not save the text of your questions. To prevent abuse we keep a daily count per visitor, stored as a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address, and delete it after two days. Please don't type personal information, passwords or keys into the helper.
- E-mail. If you e-mail support, we use your message only to answer you.
Other services this site uses
- Gumroad handles all purchases and payments. Its own privacy policy applies when you buy.
- YouTube videos load only when you click play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. After you click, YouTube's policies apply.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to download them.
- Google Gemini API answers helper questions, as described above.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. Google requires users of its accounts to be 13 or older.
