These terms cover your use of the videowhale.com website. Your use of the Video wHale Studio is covered by the Terms of Use you accept inside the Studio's Control Panel the first time you open it.

Purchases

Memberships are sold and billed monthly through Gumroad. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the Gumroad page at the time you buy. You can cancel through Gumroad; when a membership ends, the license key stops working, and the videos and projects you made stay in your own Google Drive.

Costs from other services

Video wHale uses your own accounts with Google and, if you choose, ElevenLabs or Fish Audio. Those services bill you directly at their own prices, which they set and may change. Video wHale shows an estimate before anything is made, but the final charges come from those services.

Your content

You are responsible for the words, photos, voices and music you put into your videos. Use only material you own or have permission to use, and only your own voice or one you have permission to use. Some services, such as ElevenLabs, require a paid plan for commercial use.

The helper on this site is an AI that answers from the Video wHale guides. It can make mistakes. The Complete Guide and the FAQ are the final word, and support can help with anything the helper gets wrong.
